Sales Coordinator – Value Logistics
Purpose of the Job
Perform administrative duties and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the sales function at Value Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Operational
- Ensure all quotes for tenders, FMLs, full distribution, fuel adjustments, labor increases, annual increases, and urgent one-page quotes are compiled, checked, and distributed per company SOPs.
- Receive and process quote requests and electronic tasks for acceptance and compilation.
- Allocate quote numbers and update the quote register with dates sent out.
- Verify that quotes are compiled on the correct template and submitted for review.
- Distribute approved quotes to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing of all quotes and supporting documents for future reference.
- Calculate one-page quotes using the customer’s current pricing code.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Support operational functions as needed.
- Adhere to Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure daily housekeeping compliance.
- Follow dress code guidelines as per company SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Computer literacy.
Skills Required
- Ability to manage administrative tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail for self-reviewing work.
