Outbound Insurance Sales Agent – CallForce

During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to sell insurance products.
- Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs.
- Set up new accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay informed about product comparisons and industry updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (insurance sales a plus).
- Strong sales skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication in English and one additional language.
- Telecommunications background (advantageous).
- Clear criminal record.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + 2 compulsory Saturdays per month.
Salary: R5,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission
