Tekkie Town is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Customer Insights to lead the development and execution of a unified, data-led customer strategy across all brands. This role requires turning complex customer data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement, retention, and profitability. The Head of Customer Insights will collaborate with business partners to shape how the company understands and grows its customer base, delivering meaningful commercial impact.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in customer analytics, CRM, or insights roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven experience in retail or multi-brand environments managing complex customer data ecosystems
- Expertise in Customer Insights strategy, Customer Data Management, and advanced analytics
- Track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes through insights (e.g., revenue growth, retention, increased customer lifetime value)
- Experience building customer segmentation models, measurement frameworks, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance, CRM/CDP systems, and multi-platform customer data integration
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring and managing teams, with effective cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer data and segmentation strategies
- Oversee customer insights, market research, and analytics initiatives
- Manage data governance and maintain high-quality standards
- Establish and monitor reporting frameworks and performance metrics
- Lead financial planning and budget management, controlling operational expenditure (OPEX)
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships and enable cross-functional collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to drive high performance
