About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is recruiting a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to produce high-impact, scroll-stopping content for paid media and social platforms. This role is key to transforming concepts and raw footage into compelling video assets that drive engagement and results across major digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit engaging, high-quality video content optimised for social media performance
- Cut, colour-correct, and enhance footage with transitions, graphics, text overlays, animations, and audio
- Optimise video formats, resolutions, and durations for platform best practices
Content Adaptation & Versioning
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats such as Reels, Stories, and Shorts
- Implement feedback efficiently to meet fast-paced production deadlines
Creative Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders to translate campaign goals into compelling visual stories
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms around storytelling, structure, and motion design
Social Media Trends & Best Practices
- Stay up to date with platform trends, updates, and emerging tools
- Apply performance insights and analytics to continuously improve edits
Asset Management
- Maintain organised file structures and naming conventions for seamless collaboration
- Archive and back up final edits, raw footage, and project files
Motion Graphics & Basic Animation
- Create and integrate simple motion graphics and animated text
- Customise templates and develop original animations to elevate content quality
Quality Control
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and platform specifications
- Perform thorough final reviews to eliminate visual or audio inconsistencies
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of social and digital platforms
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and precise in execution
