Join Truworths’ in-house Fashion Studio, the creative hub behind our Ladieswear, Menswear, and Kidswear collections. The studio analyses global fashion trends, sources inspiration from international trend institutes and fashion fairs, and monitors key markets in the USA, UK, and Europe to deliver cutting-edge styles for each brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply global fashion trends to identify new colours, fabrics, styles, and trims for upcoming seasonal collections.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, and Merchandise teams to inspire and energize product development.
• Develop diverse garment ranges, ensuring exclusivity through limited quantities.
• Translate fashion insights into commercially viable collections while maintaining brand identity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in fashion retail or creative manufacturing environments.
• Alternatively, experience as a Fashion Buyer with strong design application skills is advantageous.
• Proven ability to apply creativity practically to design and product development.

Competencies

• Strong design skills with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Excellent product development capabilities.
• Creative vision combined with commercial awareness.
• Ability to communicate and inspire cross-functional teams.
